The castle theme originated from “Takeshi’s Castle” which is a Japanese game show that aired between 1986 and 1990 on the Tokyo Broadcasting System (TBS).

But beware, for dark forces lurk in the shadows, eager to thwart your every move. From cunning riddles to deadly challenges, the castle tests the courage and wit of all who dare to enter. Castle challenges are focused on team building exercises, such as trust falls, blindfolded challenges, facilitated by professionals. It helps improve communication, trust, and collaboration among team members.

Activities
Structure & Challenge : The goal of the Slippery Wall is for participants to climb to the top and reach the top platform or ledge. Climbers often struggle to get a foothold or handhold, making it a physically demanding and mentally challenging obstacle. Successfully reaching the top of the Slippery Wall is a rewarding accomplishment for participants, showcasing their strength, agility, and determination in overcoming a formidable obstacle.
Structure & Challenge : The Tyre Bridge consists of a series of suspended tires arranged horizontally or vertically, creating a pathway or crossing that participants must traverse. Seige of Tyres challenge lies in maintaining balance and coordination while navigating the uneven and shifting surface of the tires. The bridge adds an element of excitement and physical challenge to group races
Structure & Challenge : The objective of the “Shape of You” puzzle game is for participants to manipulate and arrange geometric shapes to form a specific pattern or design to qualify for the next activity. Overall, “Shape of You” adds an interactive and brain-teasing element to adventure races and team challenges, encouraging participants to think outside the box and work together to achieve a common goal.
Structure & Challenge : The Skipping Stones obstacle is set up on body of water. The stones surface may be smooth or slightly textured to mimic the experience of skipping stones across water. This adds to the challenge by making it more difficult for participants to maintain their balance while jumping or stepping, encouraging participants to test their limits and have fun while navigating a unique and dynamic obstacle.
Structure & Challenge : The maze features various obstacles and challenges along the pathways, such as dead ends, locked doors, mud holes and puzzles. Successfully navigating the maze, uncovering all clues, solving puzzles, and reaching the final safe destination. Overall, the Maze Mystery obstacle offers a thrilling and engaging experience that combines physical challenges with mental stimulation, think creatively, and unravel the secrets of the maze.
Structure & Challenge : The Diggy Diggy Bom obstacle consists a series of horizontally arranged pipes suspended above the ground. The pipes are positioned at different heights and distances from each other, creating a pathway that participants must traverse by moving from one pipe to the next. The participants may face the added pressure of completing the task through hanging balls. This obstacle offers a thrilling and physically demanding experience that tests balance, coordination, and problem-solving skills as they navigate a series of suspended pipes to reach the finish line.
Structure & Challenge : The Roll Roll Royce obstacle consists of a series of cylindrical rollers arranged horizontally suspended above the ground. The rollers may vary in size, diameter, and spacing, adding complexity and difficulty to the challenge. Some rollers may be fixed in place, while others may rotate as participants walk across them. Efficient movement and strategic planning to traverse the rollers successfully. Walking across all the rollers and reaching to the end, demanding experience that tests participants’ ability to maintain balance and stability while navigating a series of moving rollers the obstacle is a rewarding accomplishment for participants.
Structure & Challenge : The Hoop Run obstacle consists of a series of inflatable rings rotating horizontally at varying heights, angles and distances from each other to add complexity to the challenge and creating a pathway that participants must traverse. Participants required to jump or step through each hoop, controlled momentum and adjusting stride length to match hoop spacing to progress through the obstacle. The obstacle is a rewarding accomplishment for participants. It demonstrates their agility, coordination, and determination in overcoming a challenging and dynamic obstacle.
The Final Obstacle : The Castle Crackers Walls crossing obstacle consists of a series of vertically arranged walls and barriers that participants must navigate through. Participants are confronted with four sets of walls with four possible doors each; three have wooden walls or netting or mud pits on the other side, while one is just curtain to cross. Participants must run full-tilt at the door of their choice and either break through or painfully bounce off. Advancing through all four door sets advances the contestant. Successfully completing the Final Obstacle and crossing the finish line is a significant accomplishment for participants, representing the culmination of their efforts and determination throughout the course. Overall, obstacles of the KingMin’s Castle provide a thrilling and memorable experience that highlights team skills, determination, and resilience.
