What Teachers Actually Need From a Venue
Having hosted a great many school groups, the pattern is consistent: teachers do not need more activities, they need a schedule they can trust and supervision they do not have to personally provide.
Every school booking at Elevate receives a written itinerary before the visit — rotation timings, activity-to-age mapping, staff placement and meal timings. Most teachers tell us this is the document they wish every venue produced.
Mapping Activities to Year Groups
Classes 1–5: Maze Mystery, Skipping Stones, zorbing, water roller, tug of war, rain dance arena. Ground level throughout.
Classes 6–8: adds the Burma bridge, tyre climbing wall, commando net, archery and lower rope course elements.
Classes 9–12: full castle run, high rope course, zipline, rappelling and facilitated team rounds.
Colleges: complete access including paintball, ATV and the high-adrenaline zone, with tournament formats available.
Supervision and Safety
Every high-risk station is permanently staffed by our instructors. We hold fixed supervision ratios across the ground and castle zones. Accompanying teachers are briefed on arrival and given a station map. A first aid station with trained responders operates throughout the day.
