All package prices are quoted per person and exclude 18% GST unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed only once payment or an agreed deposit has been received and we have issued written confirmation. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies.
Each activity carries its own minimum age and physical requirements, which are enforced at the station without exception. Guests must declare any medical condition, recent injury, cardiac condition or pregnancy before participating. Participation while under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants is not permitted.
Attendance at the mandatory safety briefing is a condition of participation. Guests must follow instructor directions at all times, use the safety equipment provided, and report any equipment concern immediately. We reserve the right to refuse or stop participation where safety compliance is not met, without refund.
Comfortable sportswear and closed-toe shoes are required. Loose jewellery, scarves and dangling accessories must be removed before aerial activities.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or authorised institutional supervisor, who accepts responsibility for supervision outside instructor-staffed stations.
Adventure activities carry inherent risk. While we maintain certified equipment, daily inspection regimes and trained instructor cover, participation is at the guest's own risk. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property, or for injury arising from a guest's failure to follow safety instructions or to disclose a relevant medical condition.
Certain activities may be suspended during adverse weather, or closed for scheduled maintenance. Where a significant portion of a booked package is unavailable, we will offer a reschedule or partial refund. We do not guarantee the availability of every individual activity on any given day.
We reserve the right to remove any guest whose conduct endangers themselves, other guests or staff, without refund.
We photograph and film at the park for promotional use. Guests who do not wish to appear should inform staff on arrival.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
